Services Overview

We provide IT solutions, including but not limited to:

  • Consulting & advisory services.

  • Software development & integration.

  • Managed IT support.

Specific deliverables will be outlined in separate Service Agreements or Statements of Work (SOW).

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when contacting us or requesting services.

  • Not misuse our Website (e.g., hacking, spamming, or distributing malware).

  • Comply with all applicable laws.

Intellectual Property

  • Our Content: All website content (logos, text, software) is owned by us and protected by copyright. No reuse without written permission.

  • Your Data: You retain ownership of data you provide. We only use it as outlined in our Privacy Policy

Payments & Refunds

  • Fees for services will be specified in proposals/SOWs.

  • Payment terms (e.g., net 30) and late fees (if applicable) will be agreed upon in advance.

  • Refunds are evaluated case-by-case (e.g., service non-delivery).

Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for:

    • Indirect damages (e.g., lost profits) arising from service use.

    • Third-party actions (e.g., vendors or external software failures).

  • Maximum liability is limited to fees paid for the specific service in question.

Termination

  • We may suspend/terminate access if you violate these terms.

  • Either party may terminate service agreements with written notice (terms outlined in SOW).

Dispute Resolution

  • Disputes will first be resolved through good-faith negotiations.
  • If unresolved, disputes may proceed to binding arbitration in Republic of Albania.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Republic of Albania, excluding conflict-of-law principles.
